When is my box shipped?
A month's box leaves in the first days of that month. To get it, subscribe before the cut-off: the 20th of the month before at 23:59 (Paris time). After that date, your first box is the following month's.
What is in the box?
A complete pre-cut kit: numbered sheets, double-sided tape, an illustrated guide and a 3D folding tutorial. The model stays a surprise; we only announce whether it is a flower, an animal or a seasonal model.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, from your account: "Skip the next box". The next box not paid yet is neither charged nor shipped. You can do it until its cut-off (the 20th of the month before).
Can I pause?
Yes, for 1 to 3 months, from your account. The monthly box then starts again on its own, or sooner with "Resume". On a prepaid plan, paused boxes are moved to the end.
How do I cancel?
In 3 clicks: "Cancel my subscription" on this page or in your account, then "Confirm cancellation". Cancellation is immediate: no further charge. Monthly boxes already paid for are still shipped; on a prepaid plan, unshipped boxes whose cut-off has not passed are refunded pro rata. You get a confirmation by e-mail.
Do the 3- and 6-month plans renew?
No. Prepaid plans and gift boxes stop by themselves after the last box: no renewal, no further charge.
Where do you ship and how much is shipping?
To mainland France only. Shipping costs €4.90 per box; it is shown separately on each plan and in the summary before payment.
How does the PDF box work?
Every month you get the month's model as a PDF pattern to print and cut yourself. Nothing is shipped. As it is digital content supplied straight away, you ask for immediate access and waive the right of withdrawal when you subscribe. No commitment, cancel at any time.
What if a payment fails?
We retry several times and let you know by e-mail; you can update your card from your account. Without a successful payment, the subscription is cancelled automatically.
