Pre-cut kits
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Write to us (or use the withdrawal form in the terms of sale) for the return address, then send the kit back within 14 days; return costs are borne by you. We refund the kit and standard delivery no later than 14 days after your request, once the kit is received. A kit whose pieces were detached or assembled may have its refund reduced by its depreciation.
Damaged or incomplete kit
Send us a photo and your order number within 3 days of delivery. We send the affected sheets or a full kit, at our cost.
Success guarantee
A piece damaged or spoilt while building? Write to us with a photo: we send the replacement sheet free of charge (one sheet per piece, kits bought on orikind.com).
PDF patterns
When ordering a PDF you expressly request immediate access to the file and waive your right of withdrawal (checkbox at checkout, article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). A defective or non-conforming file is fixed or refunded.
Custom animals
Made from your photo, they cannot be returned (article L221-28 3°). Nothing is charged before you approve the 3D preview, and you can ask for an adjustment before approving. A damaged or incomplete custom kit is of course replaced.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Downloads attached to a refunded order are disabled.
